Deep within the Karnak Temple Complex in Luxor, Egypt, stands the Great Hypostyle Hall, a monumental forest of 134 colossal sandstone columns. Spanning an acre of land, this architectural marvel was primarily built during the 19th Dynasty by Pharaohs Seti I and Ramesses II to serve as a grand ceremonial space for the god Amun-Re.
